What makes an excellent Mosman coffee?
Ever wondered why some coffee shops nail it every time while others don’t always deliver on quality, heat or flavour?
More often than not, the secret is in a combination of an excellent barista and a premium machine. If you love a consistently good coffee, check if the venue has a double or triple boiler coffee machine. This helps keep the water at a consistent temperature so the quality is easier to control. While most machines can make a reasonable coffee, you get more reliable results with a high-end machine.
Everybody has their preferences but keep an eye out for brands like Slayer, La Marzocco and Synesso and Sanremo.
